Before arrival

The front desk is open daily in high season (July, August) from 8:00 am.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 20:00.

Check-out is available until 10:30.

 

In case you missed us at the front desk, there is a phone number on the front desk door and a bell on the left side. Whichever option you use, we will be with you in a moment and will attend to you immediately.

​

Reservations without a deposit are held until 6:00 pm. In case of later arrival (after 6 pm), please contact us in advance by phone.

During check-in we will need the following from you:

• personal ID (ID card, passport)

  • ​we do not accept invalid or destroyed ID cards

​

Are you going to leave the campsite in your car during your stay? Ask for a red exit card! The red card is given to the guest as a refundable deposit and is presented at the exit and entrance to the campsite.

Accommodation must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. We do not accept card payments at reception.

You can contact reception with the following requests:

• check-in / check-out;

• reservation of accommodation;

• rental of an adaptor for a power socket (refundable deposit);

• rental of an extension cord (refundable deposit);

• rental of ping-pong equipment (extra charge);

• rental of barbecue forks (refundable deposit);

• fault and breakdown reporting;

You can also visit our campsite with your pet. The fee for a dog or other pet is set by the price list for camping and accommodation.

You can also bring your dog to selected fixed accommodations, such as bungalows, chalets, marquees, LUX caravans or rooms in a tourist hostel.

 

Dogs or other pets are not allowed in the guest house "Mže".

​

Please keep your pet under supervision and on a leash on the premises. Free running of dogs is prohibited in the recreation area (see the Recreation Regulations for the Hracholusky Reservoir Recreation Area - the territorial district of the municipality of Úlice).

Coverage is guaranteed only in the common areas, in the rooms at the guesthouse "Mže" and in the rooms of the Kemp. Please check with the reception staff where Wi-Fi is available further on the campsite.

 

Wi-Fi is free of charge.

Parking for TRANSKEMP guests is available on-site. The car parking fee is set by the price list for camping and accommodation. The parking fee is not included in the accommodation price.

 

Due to the water protection zone, it is not possible to park a motor vehicle near the water. For information on whether you can park your car next to a particular chalet, please refer directly to the description of the chalets or follow the instructions of the receptionists.

 

Parking in the camping area is for guests only. The adjacent car park is reserved for overnight visitors.

Quiet hours start at 22:00 and end at 6:00.

In the case of music events with a permit, the night-time limit may be postponed.

​

Loud music or singing, excessive noise, and the starting of vehicles without a purpose are not allowed during quiet hours (see the Operating and Accommodation Regulations).

 

Please contact the campsite reception the next morning with disturbances of the night peace, in more serious cases call the Czech Police.

Don't forget to pack your fishing gear for TRANSKEMP. The campsite offers facilities for fishing.

 

Fishing permits can be purchased in Sytna, near Stříbro. The website address can be found here. Permits can NOT be purchased at the campsite reception.

It is a matter of course for the guests to use the marked fireplaces, for lighting fires and campfires, which are located around the camping area. You can also bring your own barbecue with the condition that the coals are removed. Please do not place the grill near buildings, tents, trailers, etc.

For a relaxing barbecue, we can offer you:

• sale of wood for a fee,

• rental of forks for grilling (refundable deposit).

Bed linen (bedding) is provided in all types of accommodation.

 

Please bring your own towels and bath towels. Towels are only available in selected accommodation. Please check with us to find out which accommodation it is.

 

If you wish to use extra beds at adequate accommodation, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare the extra bedding before your arrival.
